All of our tent rental prices include delivery, set-up, take-down and return (within 20 miles of Sandy Lake, PA)

Delivery Fee beyond the 20 mile radius will vary, depending on distance (appoximately $1/mile)  

PA standard 6% state sales tax will apply to all rental items

A $25 fee for any checks returned for insufficient funds

Our tent rental season is Memorial Day through Labor Day.  Out-of-season rental rates apply before Memorial Day and after Labor Day. 

    40x20 tents are not available out-of-season.

             Tables & chairs can be rented for an event anytime of year

            - Out-of-Season Price: $175

Small Package - seats 48 people

     (1) 20x20 tent

     (6) 8' tables and (48) chairs

            - In-Season Price: $300

            - Out-of-Season Price: $350

Medium Package - seats 72 people

     (1) 30x20 Tent 

     (9) 8' tables and (72) chairs

            - In-Season Price: $450

            - Out-of-Season Price: $525      

Large Package - seats 96 people 

     (1) 40x20 Tent or (2) 20x20 Tents

     (12) 8' tables and (96) chairs

             - In-Season Price: $600

             - Out-of-Season: $700
